Just like its sister stores in other cities, SunnyHills Hong Kong has a small court- yard, scattered here and there with pots of plants. A broad-leaved tree that comes into glorious yellow bloom in season grows here too. Sitting in-store, gazing at this homely scene, the mind naturally slows to a calm. In this contemplative state, the old granite wall outside, standing as a remnant of history, seems to come alive with stories.
